In his Supplemental Report, Tech Tuckerton, a Crime Scene Investigator with the Aurora Police Department, writes in reference to a reported shooting call at approximately East 14th Ave, and Kingston Street, I arrived at 11050 E. 14th Ave. at 11:40 P.M., May 4, 1973, a residence, at which time Officer Marron, already at the scene, made contact with me. Officer Marron advised this officer that a spent bullet had traveled into the interior of the 11050 E. 14th Avenue residence.

I responded to the north-side entrance, the exit door of the residence. I then observed a ½” round hole 11 & ¾” up (from bottom) & 4 & ¾” in (from left side) in the lower left section of the upper windowpane section of the aluminum storm door. I then observed a ⅜” W x ⅛” H hole 60” up (from bottom) & 9 & ⅜” in (from left side) in the upper left section of the 77 ¼” H x 35 & ¾” W x 2” T wooden entrance, exit door, located just behind the previously mentioned storm door. I also observed the exit area of the bullet in the same location as the point of entry, only this was on the inside (backside) surface of this same door. I then observed a small hole 32” up (from bottom) & 11 ½” in (from left side) in the upper right section of the 53 & ¾” H x 21 ½” W bamboo-type curtain, located along the east section of the south wall of the recreation room. I then observed an approximate three-inch round hole in the upper right section of the 48” H x 16 ½” W window (extreme east window of a set of windows), which was located directly behind the previously mentioned bamboo curtain. This window is also located in the south wall of the recreation room.

I then responded to the dining-room area where I observed damage to the sliding glass (in back groove) front (23 ¼” W x 22 ½” H x ¼” T) in the upper right section. I observed numerous pieces of glass lying on the right-hand section (west section looking south) of the top shelf of the china cabinet, which was located along the west section of the south wall of this dining room.

I then observed two (2) small half-moon grooves in the extreme top section of the west end (board) of this china cabinet. It appeared as though the spent bullet had ricocheted off this end board (mounted vertical).

I then looked over the numerous cups and cocktail glasses (several sizes and shapes) which were sitting on the top shelf. I then observed a spent bullet (possible .38 or .357 caliber, exact unknown) 19” in (from left side) and 7” out (from backside), which was lying inside a champagne glass (crystal-glass type). The shelf where the previously mentioned cups and cocktail glasses were resting on measured 46 ½” L x 9 ½” W.
